As a Finance Broker, I strongly believe that respect, trust and communication are the key factors to a successful relationship. Therefore, I pride myself with these elements and that is what I base by life around. My passion for property & finance began 10 years ago whilst assisting at a residential real estate agency during my studies at The University of Queensland. At this time, I knew that my future was in the property and finance industry.

I strongly believe that the right education combined with the relevant experience is the key to providing the best financial solution for clients. Therefore, over the past 10 years I have gained property experience through commercial & residential real estate agencies and finance experience at Macquarie Bank. Coupled together with a Bachelor in Commerce & a Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in Finance and Property & Development; I believe I have the essential tools to help my clients achieve their financial goals.

Being fluent in English and Hindi expands the range of clients I am able to assist. No one’s financial situation is the same, therefore it is vital to listen and understand clients’ needs and wants. Having access to a panel of 30 + lenders enables me to compare hundreds of different products and rates that would be best suited to ones needs.

Client Story: James & Sarah applied for a loan to purchase land and build their first property. All was going well until the valuation came back for the property which was $55,000 under the contract price. This means they would need to provide another $55,000 to continue with the purchase. As first home buyers, this was not possible.

Solution: Rather than applying through multiple lenders and risking the same outcome. We found out who the valuer was and ordered multiple valuations. Once we were able to get the valuation at the contract price, we submitted the application. This method provided the best outcome for James & Sarah as it solved the valuation requirement by the lender and it did not hurt their credit files by submitting multiple loan applications.

We could not recommend Ash and the team any higher. There was months and months of planning to secure our new home and we thought all was lost.
