My role spans people, culture, brand, financial performance, compliance, and business transformation, with a strong focus on helping brokers succeed and creating great outcomes for customers and referral partners.

I enjoy connecting people, identifying opportunities, and turning strategy into action. Whether it's recruiting and mentoring broker talent, developing referral partnerships, driving marketing initiatives, improving business performance, or implementing new technology, I thrive on helping businesses and individuals reach their potential.

Outside of work, my wife and I have 5 amazing kids (3 adults now, thankfully!!!) I have a love for most sports, and my passion lies with Rugby league - to my wife’s horror, I watch every game most weeks.
