Client Story: Jack got a new job and was looking to buy his first property. He hadn’t started working yet but had signed an employment contract. He wanted to get a pre-approval so that he could be prepared for making offers.
Solution: Many banks wouldn’t lend to someone who hasn’t been in their job long, let alone hadn’t started. Victoria was able to find him a lender that would give him a pre-approval so that he could start looking at properties and secure a property sooner without having to wait for a certain period of time to satisfy most banks’ policy.
